Camp John Hay Golf Club, Inc. (the “Club”) is committed to ensuring the confidentiality of personal data under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (the “DPA”), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, the issuances of the National Privacy Commission, the Revised Corporation Code of the Philippines and other applicable laws, and will exert reasonable efforts to protect against unauthorized use or disclosure of the personal information and sensitive personal information it collects, records, organizes, updates, uses, consolidates, or destroys.

In all transactions with the Club, we will limit the collection and use of personal data to a minimum and permit only authorized employees, agents, and officers, who are adept in the handling of personal data, to have access to that data. We will not disclose personal data to any external organization unless we have previously informed the data subject in disclosures or agreements, have been authorized by the data subject, or are required by law.

For purposes of applying for the transfer of membership certificates to the name of the transferee, the Club requires the parties to execute a Data Privacy Consent Form, to authorize the Club, its stock and transfer agent, BDO Unibank, Inc., and the Club’s legal counsel, Poblador Bautista & Reyes Law Offices to process, collect, use, store, share, or disclose personal data which includes, name, address, gender, age, marital status, contact details, birthday, SSS/GSIS, TIN, education, employment information, financial information, spouse details, and other information classified as “personal information,” or “sensitive personal information” under the DPA between or among them as may be necessary for the transfer of membership in the Club. We will exert reasonable efforts to protect against unauthorized use or disclosure of the parties’ personal data. Parties should ensure that personal data submitted to the Club is complete, accurate, true, and correct.

The Company stores personal data in specific data centers and physical document storage facilities.

The Company strictly enforces its Privacy Policy. It has implemented technological, organizational and physical security measures to protect personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorized modification, unauthorized or accidental access or disclosure, alteration or destruction. The Company uses safeguards such as the following:
